Any additional services outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement or additional charges.
3. Project Scope & Revisions
- A detailed project scope will be outlined in our proposal before work begins.

- For ongoing services, payments will be invoiced on a monthly basis and must be settled before the next production cycle
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is canceled by the client before production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled after production has started, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to that point.
- Grid 3 reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a partial refund may be provided.
6. Filming & Production
- The client is responsible for securing permissions, permits, and locations for filming unless otherwise agreed.
- If a shoot is rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g., unprepared locations, last-minute script changes) may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- Grid 3 retains ownership of all raw footage unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final edited videos are delivered with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use as outlined in the project agreement.
- Videos cannot be resold, repurposed, or edited by third parties without prior approval.
